I went to this restaurant with some friends, and one of them has a small face tattoo. Unfortunately, they were asked to leave. It wasn't gang-related or anything, which made it feel like discrimination. View all feedback.
Red-haired manager who took our order was so rude and not helpful whatsoever . Very poor customer service. Hopefully, next time I can avoid this kind of service from her

Not one to usually write a review but had a really bad experience in particularly coming from the lady behind the bar (Jess). There was a miscommunication around payments for drinks because there were a few of us there. Understandable these things happen. We tried to resolve the issues very politely and offered to show all our bank statements. Once offering to show our bank statements we were spoken to very rudely by Jess and told to stop buying drinks. Much better experience at the other pubs up the road. Good customer service goes a long way.
