Some of the other review for this place made me laugh! Oceans is a bar where you go to have a good time - leave your pretence at home!!! The food yes its average but the atmosphere is great - people are friendly and the staff are always having a laugh and a good time. The outside area is smoking so if that offends go somewhere else - if you want to have a drink, chat, dance then this is the place for you! View all feedback. Where do i start, dirty ash trays blowing all over us that wait staff kept walking pass and didn't bother emptying or taking the empty glasses from the people who were sat at the table before us. People smoking in the outdoor ares where food was being eaten.... thought this was illegal in WA. FOOD..... we left most of it there.
