I have occasionally visited this bakery to buy bread and other items I have not tried before. My latest experience was a takeaway, and I must say it seems to have become quite pricey. The loaf of bread, 2 croissants, and one lamington cost $15. The croissants were large but dry and not very buttery, while the lamington was dry inside and not moist. A fairly pleasant lunch experience, purchased a pulled pork and cranberry pre made sambo. The bread itself was absolutely fresh, soft and the nicest I’ve had for a long time. Filling was not too bad, no seasoning and a little on the sweet side with...the cranberry but still very fresh. But the most enjoyable was a true blue custard tart, lovely pastry and filling.
