Basil Vine
Description
Basil Vine Café was inspired by a passion for food and love for all things Italian. The Fargnoli family hails from the picturesque village of St Andrea, nestled between Rome and Naples in the 'valley of the saints'. Our Italian way of life revolves around food, with large family meals being a common tradition in our household. We value simple ingredients like pasta, bread, cheese, olive oil, and tomatoes, focusing on quality ingredients rather than complex cooking techniques. Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere at Basil Vine Café, where you can savor the delicious flavors of authentic Italian cuisine.

If having dessert for dinner, order two options. Lovely friendly service! Portions are not huge but the taste makes up for it. Seating times were 5:30pm and 7:00pm so not much room for having a relaxing chat over dinner if you dine early. Very nice venue and good options!
People were great . Food average and over priced for what you got small salmon pizza (sandwich plate size with far too many capers couldn't taste the dill . With a lemonade 29.75 . Toilet out side and around the corner . Customers asked for half portions of pasta got whole portions. Prawn salad had lots of spinach not much else. Think a rethink needs to be thought of . On the whole ok but need to make it a little more enticing for the price .
The food was delicious. The restaurant was very busy so it took quite some time to get our meals. We over stayed our time slot because of the time it took to get our meals. The dessert cabinet is a must see. Lots of scrumptious options.
Had a great experience with my Wife, Dad and Daughter tonight. Staff were lovely and our waiter Daniel was a legend. Food was excellent, the flavours were on point. I didn’t have the pizza tonight but from what I saw on other peoples plates it looked and definitely smelt the goods. I’m so happy Burpengary area finally has a place to get good pizza. Lastly thanks again for the wine tip Daniel, the Orvieto was great.
Fantastic Italian. The pesto pollo was so delicious possibly the best I have had. Our waiter Daniel was such a nice guy and always there when we needed him. They didn’t even mind when my baby made an absolute mess in her high chair. Lovely staff and nice warm table by the outdoor heater. We will definitely be back!!
