What User doesn't like about On The Vine Marketplace:
I ordered a cowboy cut steak from the butcher counter. It weighed 1.97 pounds and had beautiful marbling that made real marble look like sandstone. The steak was salted with coarse salt the night before and then cooked in a cast iron pan for 4 minutes on each side, seasoned and butter-basted (don't forget the edges), and then allowed to rest for 10 minutes.
