El Rayo Taqueria - Scarborough

Good food, drinks and service. Eating tastes like the Portland El Rayo. Food came out very quickly! Not sure what everyone complains about. I'm glad they opened here in Scarborough!

Casual counter order with funky decor. Better than typical American mexican! Large vegetarian and gluten-free options. Also loved unique choices such as Chilean pineapple. Love try local places on holiday!

Delicious! Tuesday is $3 Taco night that is great because you can mix n game and try several for a good price. Her plastered jalapeños are so tasteful! You're not super sharp what I really appreciate. The Mexican corn on the Cob was one of my favorite things.

Excellent fish tacos... can be expensive so you can see their specialties. The Mexican corn is wonderful.

Good food, I like the style of the restaurant without waiters/waitresses. It was almost like a fast food setup but with a bar and higher quality food. I will definitely go back if I'm in the area!
