Dunkin' - Scarborough

The store itself is OK and there's usually 1 young lady working there and she's VERY overworked but very polite. I feel for her because I have worked for these franchises before and know how they treat employees. She's also under paid compared to allof the other fast food places close by. She's very dedicated to y'all and maybe she should be compensated for it. It got only a3 because of only 1 employee being on the last two times I was there and it was a busy time of the day

I wish I could say they don't open until 5 AM, but I've been there a few times at 4:30 AM and they've served me food. It's clear that we need more dedicated employees working there.

The restaurant was short-staffed, lacking enthusiasm and engagement, but it was clean and well-lit. I chose to eat here because they were open, unlike the McDonald's down the street, which seems to be closed more often than not. If I had the chance, I'd replace the manager in a heartbeat!

Horrible service coffee leaking not one napkin and didn?t even get the right change back! I will never come back here I hope others won?t be treated the same way I was!

I was not impressed with my experience. I went to pick up my mobile order and ended up waiting 30 minutes once I arrived. The entrance was blocked by a table, which was quite frustrating. Overall, this location did not meet my expectations, and I don't plan on returning. The service was terrible.
