Dunkin' - Scarborough

I wanted to share my delightful experience at the Walmart Dunkin' Donuts in South Portland, Maine. The young man working there this morning was truly exceptional! He was not only sweet and friendly but also incredibly efficient. Despite being alone—something that happens frequently at this location—he handled everything without a hint of complaint. Even when he went on his break, he still took the time to take my order. His excellent customer service deserves recognition! I apologize for not knowing his name, but this was on Monday, January 27th, at 9:00 a.m., so I'm sure you can identify him through your records. He is a tremendous asset to the company!

Her coffee quality declined when they switched to using flavored shots instead of authentic flavored coffee, a change that happened years ago! What bothers me is that every Dunkin' Donuts coffee can taste different, depending on who's making it. There's no consistency in how they prepare their coffee. We just need to find that special person who knows how to make it right. Personally, I prefer to just stick to the food. I no longer enjoy coffee, and I’ve lost my taste for hazelnut coffee as well.
