Gino's Pizza - Scarborough

I can't find anything to fault with this place. The food is amazing, the staff in the shop are lovely when taking orders, very polite, and the delivery drivers are really nice. 5 stars from me. This is now my favorite place for getting takeout pizza.

We have been ordering takeout from Gino's for a long time. The pizza, wraps, cheesy fries, garlic mushrooms, and more are all incredibly tasty. The delivery service is excellent, the staff is lovely, and the prices are reasonable. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I called ahead to see if I could place an order for pickup. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I placed my order the next day and it was ready when I arrived to pick it up. Honestly, the pizza was the best we have ever had. It surpassed the major pizza delivery chains by far. The 16-inch Margherita pizza for £13 was an absolute bargain.

Order two kebabs…. Disappointing. Asked for one with no onions/chillis and with mayo and one with everything and chilli sauce. Explained this over and over. Guy on phone quite condescending and rude. Made sure he knew one was no chilli/onion with mayo. Yes, yes….. Arrived, two kebabs with chilli sauce, onions and chillis. Didn’t listen to a word of the order. Won’t be using them again.

Had great food from here several times and surprised to see some really poor reviews, We had 3 different parmesan dishes a d they were fabulous!! Came with chips and salad AND a free cheese garlic bread all of which were really tasty...we will definitely order again when we're back in Whitby!
