not the place they usually find on the harbourfront as bar, but it was a tasty and a more worthy place for alcohol, but this time cocktails, good staff, worth visiting. View all feedback.
What Maria Moore doesn't like about 7:
Summer holidays town was heaving, got a table reasonably fast service was good. We all had fish chips. The batter was crisp but very thick (I think that's how the English prefer it) Fish was nice, but pickled onions were pricey soggy...(does deserve a 3.5 good rating average sounds harsh but not worthy of a very good). Very friendly staff. we visited in the week with 20/7/20. excellent social distancing precautions and reasonable track and trace system. well done. the food was also excellent!

Came into Bar 7 last weekend as part of my friends Hen Do. Really impressed with every aspect of Bar 7. Cocktails were excellent, really tasty and really good value with the 2 for £10 offer. (We definitely stocked up Barmen were really friendly and...helpful, constantly having a joke with us behind the bar and making a lot of drinks in a very short space of time. As we were such a large party we had to move some of the tables about, which a different bar might have objected to, but there was no problem at all and it allowed us to all sit together as one group which makes such a difference to the night. The owner happily played our requests on the music system, including a special' request for the bride to be which we really appreciated!! All in all the flexibility and good natured attitude of the staff and owner really made our night exceptional. Would definitely recommend it. To the owner and staff: Hope we didnt leave too many sparkles for you to clean up, and thank you for a top night

We visit here every goth weekend and it is always packed. theres a good atmosphere but the cocktails are pricey so just have the one! not good for entering if you're not good on your feet though as its up a flight of spiral stairs
