Very good service, Alif , his service was excellence,serve with big smile, pizza was amazing, we will go back again.Vegetarian options: pizza was very fresh and hot with lots of topping

We asked for cheesy bread and the women in the cashier offer us a total different stuff telling that they don’t have that in the menu when we could literally see it on the screen; the staff doesn’t even know the items in the menu and they’re very rude. They’re also really unprofessional and don’t have any sense of costumer service. Terrible experience, I don’t recommend coming in here at all if you’re expecting a decent service and food.

This is my local pizza pizza and honestly, I've had nothing but a great experience with them, especially from their delivery driver, Alif. He's Fast, super friendly, and always has a big smile on his face!

Staff is not respecting customer!Personally this is one of the nearest pizza store so I pickup pizza from here.Quality of good is good, but behaviour of staff and manager is not good. Disappointed always with billing or customer service.I asked a question about pizza pizza loyalty program which is club 11-11 but they start laughing… it seems they are understanding loyalty program is for poor people or what?As a food chain person, loyalty programs is important for all food services but pizzapizza is not takings it seriously.I have logged the complaint on call centre and also via feedback, not received the call back for a week.

I had the pleasure of being served by Deva, and I must say, his service was truly outstanding. His friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond made my dining experience exceptional. Deva's dedication to his customers and his positive attitude are a credit to his nature, I'm genuinely grateful for the wonderful service he provided, and it's people like Deva who make pizza pizza stand out.
