Diana's Seafood Delight - Scarborough

I had the Endless Summer Lobster Party Seafood Boil bucket for 4 and wow, what a treat for the family. It came with clams, baby potatoes, 4 lobsters, sausage, and corn. The instructions indicated 18mins to cook right from the bucket, but my induction stove took longer. We used white wine to boil it in, which paired nicely. I kept digging out all the content from the bucket and it seemed endless. Fresh, tasty, and a definite crowd pleaser. Definitely a must order for those who love seafood.

It is not my first time dinning in this restaurant. But it is quite empty inside. No waiting even without reservation, food is as good as usual, service is good, Only downside is always super cold inside, make sure to bring a jacket.

We love going to Diana ‘s! We live a distance away anytime we’re in the city we make sure we stop at the restaurant market. We chose to eat outside. Yes, it was hot, but it’s summer! We shared the appetizer sampler, then had the clam linguine paella. Although we waited a long time for it after our appetizer, the food was piping hot delicious. During our meal we were mostly ignored by the wait staff. Our water glasses were emptied we had to request refills. No one came by to check on our meals after they were served. They didn’t provide a bowl for our clam shells until they noticed them piled up on our plates. The waiters were paying attention to other patrons out on the patio…but seemed to forget us. When we paid, my partner gave an 18% tip. (There were no gratuities added to the bill) The waiter seemed disappointed by the tip. I don’t think he deserved the 18

I visited Diana’s last night with a group of 9. Everything was perfect. The staff were very warm and welcoming upon arrival and when leaving. The food was all delicious, definitely the best seafood I’ve had in Toronto. Seafood places tend to smell bad but this was not the case here which made the dinner far more enjoyable. The crab was one of my favourites. Even the dessert was delicious. Pricey but so so good. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

Fresh produce and surprisingly not too busy on a Saturday afternoon. I usually come here to pick up some oysters. I was surprised to see live soft shell crab which I haven't seen before.Highly recommend and would come back.
