Chicken Kitchen - Scarborough

Been here twice while I have been in the area. The first time I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich so I returned yesterday. I grabbed my sandwich and drove off in my truck to open it 5 min later down the road. What a absolute mess. A ridiculous amount of sauce was added to the chicken sandwich with big chunks of red onion. Bun was overly dry. I should have taken a photo because I was eating a soup sandwich. I love sauce but the amount that was put on was just a freaking mess. Barely ate half, lost my appetite with this dried out bunned sauce mess. I would have returned if I wasn’t on my way to an appointment. Chicken Kitchen you ruined my lunch and took my money to give me a giant mess. Do better!

Usually they are very good I ordered over the phone as usual I went to pick up I ordered tenders they are usually very good hot and fresh , but this time he gave old and they hard ones barley any chicken and chewy and even the pcs are small, he stated to pack a new box then he gave me the old I didn’t think anything about it. I’m highly disappointed I will rethink of ordering again from them

Great food service. Came in really late and ordered their Saturday special (2 delta mini sandwiches). Whenever I’m in the area I always come to this location and I’m never disappointed.

I usually hate writting reviews but this was the 3rd time they messed up my order, i told them i want a mild chicken sandwich with no onions, they did the opposite gave me a spicy chicken sandwich with onions, like how hard can it be to write it on notes to remind yourself what the customer wants? Anyways thats not the worst part، yesterday i ordered with uber eats so it showed it will arive in 3hrs i could not wait that long so i canceled it and guess what within 1 minute this restaurant started the order and uber charged me about $50 , and never got a refund.The moral of my story is 1-dont order over the phone from this restaurant because they mess 80% of the time unless u dont care and 2-Never order with uber eats if you cant wait 2 to 3hrs. Best is go inperson the young lady at cashier is the only one who knows what she is doing the guys at the back are lost especially the new ones. Their food is fine but the phone order is horrible sorry needs to fix up. Thanks.

This is my second time buying chicken wrap because before I bought Burger and this experience was not good. In the wrap the chicken was just sliced and there was more chicken skin then the actual chicken itself then when I went to go show the worker she came at me and started telling me that I already ate it so I will not be coming back here again.
