I am not sure what ingredients are used in their cakes or how fresh their cold cuts and spreads are, but every time we have eaten food from this establishment, we have become very ill. The vegetable (Zacusca) spread seemed old or poorly stored and had a bad taste. While some of the staff were friendly, others had a disrespectful attitude. The deli meat great price here, u can find European chocolates and food. it gets really buys there in the afternoons.
I visited the store last weekend on the day of their 20 years university celebration, I had a sample of some of the delicious food and I couldn't walk away. I had to take some back home with me. Loved the Bread, the Dairy products and I will definitely recommend the MICI BBQ sausages and the Hot Roasted Red Pepper Spread, it's delicious on any sandwich. The staff were great, very friendly and very welcoming. Even though I live almost 3 hours away from the store I will be going back again for sure with my cooler. :)
I am here at least once a month. It is a must for European Food test, always you can find good meat, smoked sausages , cheese like mother home quality, deserts,vegetable spreads and you name it more.The place is too small , especially during Easter or Christmas. However, during the week everything is OK and the ladies form the counter nice and professional.
You will not be disappointed in the food and great service. Love the meats and crapes and lots of great deserts.
Hi, first of all I'd like to congratulate for your store performance. Some products are amazing. But sadly I have to announce that the bakery products are getting worst by days. Some months ago they were very good, almost like the ones they sell in Romania, but now, for a while, they get worst and worst. I bought a "Savarine", they looked gorgeous but only the look was of a savarine, the consistency and the taste was terrible . Savarine has to be puffy , not hard like rock, breaking apart at each touch. They put so much artificial essence , my trunk had a foul smell until I got home with it. I was so excited to eat it, but after a bite, I had to trow it away. I am so sorry this will make you a bad reputation, but for that high price I expected something close to the original recipe, if not the original.Sorry but it happened with other cakes and cookies I bought there. Hope you will settle this issue.
