Absolutely stunning meal, with good wine at a very reasonable price
Great master of fish. quality raw materials worked with passion, experience and talent. final product unexceptionable. all seasoned with courtesy and attention to the customer. price absolutely adequate, indeed I would say low, considering the prices normally proposed by the restaurants of the sea. Finally, to reward courage, to propose itself on the market at the worst historical moment from the second post-war period onwards and in a place that is certainly not the navel of the world.
All of excellent quality .sapore rafinato, dishes presented spectacularly! I'll take care of everyone!
Simply superb. If I have a negative it's that they don't have a written menu and therefore as a little or non Italian speaker it has challenges, but between the owner (I assume) and I we managed. Every course was a delight and I've already invited done friends to join me for another meal when we return to Italy. Update many months later, still superb
The local wants to retrace the dishes of the Apulian tradition, without providing a menu but listing the few dishes of the house, starting from a cold appetizer that includes a slice of sword, salmon and tuna, tuna that was clearly frozen, and served frozen, all garnished by too much vegetables compared to the portion of fish. The hot appetizer was very good with an eggplant tortine garnished with a reduction of beet as contour, sword fillet and bass and tarantine gratin mussels. For the first they offered a single dish, pasta with crab, scampi, shrimp and mussels, the only dish that otre to be good had a good price quantity ratio. As a second we took a mixed fry, far too much crushed, and the tuna were not even peeled. The whole thing, with a bottle of white, came the beauty of 55 euros per head, decidedly too considering that in the end you do not leave sazio from the local, and having one or two dishes to choose from for each dish. The quality of the fish was excellent (except for the tuna, clearly frozen) but it was not worth the price paid, in the end of the meal at home only the owner's wallet returns.
