My friend and I visit OTB quite frequently, and I'm baffled by the one-star reviews on this site. The service and food have always been outstanding, and they seem to get better with each visit. The 21-day dry-aged steak we had last week was one of the best I've ever tasted. We’ve dined here several times, and it has consistently exceeded our expectations. The meats from the butcher section are always incredibly fresh. If you try the steak, be sure not to miss out on the topping—it’s absolutely delicious! The menu changes with the seasons, and the short ribs I had on my last visit were phenomenal—so tender and packed with flavor! My husband particularly loves the Korean Chicken Sandwich. The staff is wonderful; shoutout to Connor and Steve for their excellent service! Overall, I’d rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
