I've visited this lovely little oasis a few times now, and it consistently impresses with fantastic coffee and delicious cakes. I tried the gluten-free chocolate fudge cake (heavenly!), strawberry cupcakes, and chocolate orange brownie, and they were all delightful. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming! I've visited three times now and the coffee is excellent. If I was to be critical, the coffee was probably a 4/5 at first, but it has improved to be a 5/5 which shows they are thinking about what they're doing. Always friendly, welcoming and proactive about seeking the needs of my two daughters who accompany me most of the time! The toasties are yummy too! Highly recommended.
Coffee was perfect and the staff are so friendly and lovely. Its modern and cosy inside too. Cakes looked amazing. Will be going back regularly. X
Been waiting a VERY LONG 8/9 months for ERC to open. Coffee tastes amazing! The staff are so friendly and welcoming! Atmosphere is lovely! Great location!!! Well done Nathanial Jenny, ERC is perfect for Sawston and for us hairdressers needing the caffeine!!
