We decided to stop for a late lunch and dinner on our way home along I-86. We prefer independent restaurants over chain restaurants. I ordered the goulash special and my husband had the liver entree. Both dishes were delicious. The portions were large and the food was tasty. Our server was friendly and attentive. We were happy we stopped at this restaurant. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mom's Savona Diner:
I eat in this restaurant often because food is always good, inexpensive and their homemade cakes are great. They have daily specialties as well as their regular menu. You serve breakfast all day. Service is also good. View all feedback.

This restaurant offers delicious homemade food and friendly service. The cake here is the best I have ever tasted. The prices are fair. It will definitely become one of my favorite places to eat.
The diner was fantastic. The staff was exceptional. The honey roasted chicken was delicious. A lovely setting to unwind and enjoy.
They don't underestimate, but this place has good kitchen. I had the battered fish baked kartoffel. but only barscheck accepted.
Was here about a year ago ,had a waitress named Amanda, talked me in to the country fried steak 4 scrambled eggs hash browns and a stack of pancakes , coffee.everything was great , reminded me of s diner in upper Manhattan with the kitchen behind the counter .,loved it . But the server was the best. Honest , faithful to her boss, diner, and her belief in God. . I'll never forget her face . Was there last week for a freinds passing , Frances .rip but Amanda didn't work there anymore. Just seemed so different no dusshine in the area . Sally saks . Brooklyn n.y .
