Grumpy and unhelpful, unprofessional staff. When asked for an invoice for reimbursement of expenses, the person at the checkout pretended not to know how to read or write. Ridiculous. If you can, avoid it and stop about ten km later there is a beautiful Autogrill with a proper restaurant and highly professional staff. Experience to forget.
