I sat in my car waiting for the restaurant. They opened earlier than the normal time at the door. I was in town and couldn't go without taking some delicious home. You're ALWAYS my stop when I'm in town! I have visited this facility for over 25 years and enjoyed it every time. Delicious food, quick and friendly service!!!!!!! View all feedback. I ordered lemon pepper wings from Tops China Restaurant on Fri. 02/18 and there was a long string of hair on my food. I reported the issue to the cashier and at first she did not want to refund me my money until I asked her why she through away the evidence.
