I've been to 45 Bistro a few times now (an advantage of being local) and they have perfectly delivered on taste, professionalism, and environment every time. I'm convinced their food is among the very best that the city has to offer. I highly recommend the Tuna Tostada as an app and while every entree I've tried had been amazing, their chicken with a mushroom risotto is my favorite. The hostess, Paula, is wonderful! I have dined at 45 Bistro several times while in town for work. This visit I brought my family. We enjoyed our meal however, the hostess was extremely rude. She seemed annoyed that we asked for a different table and then I asked another question and she was once again ?confused? and annoyed. I have never had a bad experience at 45 Bistro so this was disappointing. Hopefully, for the restaurant she was just having a bad day. The food is delicious, great wine list and
I love the ambiance here with the beautiful animal paintings around the dining room. I ordered the salmon and it was sweet and prepared well.
