This place looked a bit higher so we saved him for the last dinner in our Savannah trip. It was definitely a success. The food is somewhat more expensive, but open with the direction that the economy is going lately, it was definitely fair. Drinks were good, food was really good, really good. My noodles were particularly delicious, well cooked, and balanced flavors. The staff was very attentive and nice. The place ha... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Vault Kitchen Market:
The place has a neat atmosphere and is very hipster/modernistic. The service was very slow. Came here at the suggestion of some locals and wish we went elsewhere. The sushi was like grocery store sushi, it was overpriced and small, and just not very good. A spicy tuna roll is normally 7-8 at any other sushi place and here it was 14! A small bowl of soup 11!! The cost vs. portion is not even close to appropriate and t... View all feedback.
Awesome food, amazing intoxicating smells, delicious drinkz, and overall, a great restaurant that I highly recommend. Unfortunately, the staff seem to not be involved with providing a good service experience but apart from that the food definitely made up for the shortcomings of good customer service.Food: 5/5
We stopped at the Vault for lunch and they offer Laotian and sushi food option. The inside was bright, nice, and good amount of indoor plants. Our server was attentive and knowledgable with the menu.We ordered the vegetarian bond that consist grilled tofu, eggplants, mushroom, onions, and squash with teriyaki sauce and we asked them to make it spicy and they delivered! We had salmon rolls, french Baguette, vault and salmon sashimi and my kids said they were good. The vault sushi was just okay. One of my kid ordered butter noodle and we didn't recommend that. It basically a wide rice noodle with butter so the texture and taste just not appetizing. We also had nickel noodle stir fry and it was really good. The seasoning on this Nickel noodle stir fry was on point.Overall, was a good experience and good food.
I came here for dinner while visiting Savannah as it was recommended by a friend and has great reviews. It did not disappoint! The exterior is beautiful and the modern but cozy interior created a nice ambience. They do not take reservations so we came on the earlier side. The service was super quick and our server was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered Sake (both hot and cold), the duck dumplings, and veggie springs rolls to start. All were delicious! For dinner we shared 4 sushi rolls. Each roll was about 10 pieces, which is a lot, and we weren't expecting it! In hindsight we should have ordered a little less, but it is a good value for how much you get. We loved the Vault and Rainbow rolls the best. We would absolutely come back!
Love it here. Excellent food quality. Solid menu and kitchen. The design and restoration to this old Bank Of America building was executed perfectly. There is good soul and spirit in this location.Food: 5/5
Not as many vegetarian options as you'd like to see for this type of cuisine with 1 veggie sushi option, 1 veggie main. The vegetarian bond (main) was a full dish of veggies though and had a good grilled flavor to it. If you like grilled veggies you like that and the cauliflower side.Mocktails also were light and had a good presentation.Vegetarian options: Not the greatest vegetarian options (limited)
