Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Savannah

They locked the inner so that now the journey through is packed in the road, I almost an hour in the drive through, no cutlery or serviettes, smh 4pm is when it locks the it area

I have never waited in a line longer than I have at this Popeyes location. If you’re wanting to go through the drive-through here, you better be prepared to wait almost an hour just to get your food. They have the chicken prepared already they are just lazy.

Even though the wait was long this location is short staffed but they did work very hard to complete everyone’s order they are so shorthanded and they are doing the best they can and it showed through great customer service, patience, and kindness.I rode all the way over from South Carolina and got hot fresh food it was amazing kudos to the staff there keep up the good work! Thank you!

Great fast and respectful service enjoyed the fresh fried to order chicken from this location shhhh HHhH!!!!!! Don't let everyone know that means less chicken for you and longer waits

Waited over 1 hour at the drive-thru only to find out that they don't have the order that i wanted!!! I ordered something different but then my order was still missing some items! Worst customer service I've ever had. Needs new management asap!
