Patron Mexican Grill - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Patron Mexican Grill:
When I wanted to wash my hands when we were there, one of the kitchen staff was in the bathroom for 10 minutes. The whole corridor stank into the sky. So we avoided this area. The food was cold and my son got a bean Burrito and my beef was even though we ordered the same. I wanted the restaurant to be good, but it was terrible in every way. We'll never return there. My Chile Verde was great, and the part was generous. The Guac appetizer was fresh and palsy. My corn tortillas were wrapped tightly in foil that they pierced hot. Service was friendly and attentive. There were a few big tables of teenagers and a few tables of couples, suggesting that the place is popular, and it's easy to see why.
