Papa Johns Pizza - Savannah

Papa John's is a strange place to dine. Firstly, their pizzas may or may not come with bell peppers. At a recent party, my mother ordered a pizza that took 1 1/2 hours to arrive and was cold. Despite having a Papa John's in our city, they still couldn't get my order right. I haven't frequented Papa John's often, so I can't comment on the ambiance, but I imagine it's usually empty as most people probably order delivery. The pizza is decent when it's hot and ready, but they could learn a thing or two from Little Caesars and Pizza Hut. Overall, I would rate it a 4 out of 10. Only dine here if you have no other choice. While it's better than Domino's, it's hard to compare it to Papa Murphy's since they offer different types of pizza.

The food and service at this restaurant are consistently excellent. We usually get take out for dinner and it never disappoints. The price per person is between $20 and $30, which is reasonable considering the quality of the food. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect 5-star rating.

I was unable to reach anyone at this restaurant, as their phone options were not helpful. I did not receive all of my food and was unable to contact the store directly. It seems that if there is an issue with your order, you may be out of luck. It appears that they are operating with a limited staff and may be at risk of permanently shutting down, like many other businesses. Overall, I would rate their delivery service a 2, their customer service a 1, and their atmosphere a 1.

The pizza we ordered was delivered 50 minutes late. Despite multiple phone calls, there was no answer. When we arrived at the restaurant, we saw our pizza ready for delivery but the manager offered no explanation. This was not a good experience and we will not be ordering from them again.

The manager on duty was incredibly pleasant! Despite being the only person working, she managed to run the entire operation smoothly and efficiently without appearing tired. The service was excellent and quick, delivering the high quality that customers expect from the top-performing Papa John's franchise! Many thanks to the manager for the fast, delicious pizza and cheerful attitude!
