I spent the day in Savannah and had the best fried chicken I've ever tasted in the city. The view was excellent, accompanied by live piano music. The bar seating was also open and very picturesque. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Nine Drayton:
The food was excellent (5 stars), but the service was quite slow (2/5). We were seated at a small table in the corner, which felt very cramped. It took a while—around 15 to 20 minutes—before we received any water. View all feedback.
I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms are pleasant and well-kept, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is both clean and aesthetically pleasing. I also found the breakfast to be delicious. The staff is friendly, kind, and always wearing a smile. Overall, this is an excellent hotel to stay at in Savannah, GA.

I sat at the bar, and the service was excellent. We ordered the wagyu brunch burger, a kale salad, a half dozen raw oysters, and garlic parmesan oysters.

The hotel is ideally situated for accessing various activities. The service is outstanding, with a customer-first attitude that caters to everyone. However, the rooms are disappointingly small, comparable to my home’s walk-in closet, and lack self-service amenities like coffee and ice, as well as sitting areas. Since the staff is dedicated to fulfilling your requests, you find yourself tipping frequently for services that you could easily handle on your own. While this isn't the servers' fault, it appears to be a decision made by management.
