Even though we had to wait longer than expected, I'm still rating a 5.The restaurant was busy as hell and the staff worked very hard to get everyone their food. The attached photo is what I received at the Skidaway location in Savannah. I ordered 10 pieces of nuggets with med fries and med drink after I put an order I saw that one of the workers coming from outside with their phone in their hand place it bag and not to wash their hands or put gloves on then declared fixed customer food that is inconvenient, I refuse to back to this mcdonald’s work until I see fit. the hands are not really good. therefore the customer service was very bad.
Open late, friendly staff, good was fresh. very long wait on the drive thru, only because they are the only place around them open to 10 o'clock
That's so bad. I just ordered this when I eat my food, I lift the forks to eat and realize that this is a dead fly at the bottom of my pancake. that's not a cleaner place, as I thought. this use to be my favorite spot in the morning for breakfast before I go to work. never eat here again.
1. there was and the air of condensation in order. very rude. Once I came to the window, the author was in a full argument with the car in front of me for about 15 minutes. Once the car is left, the workers laugh and talk loud. one even rubbed (I don't have children). I've been ringing with my credit card forever. I never mentioned how much my order was. When I asked about my quitting, she looked around and said the quittungsmaschine didn't work as if I assumed to accept and go. I've asked for my quitting, and now 'rude manager guy' comes. that means that my eating should be cold now. a reception was finally created. I just took everything and left. I have never spoken to the mcdonald’s again.
So, if you go there,especially early, be prepared for a very, very long wait. I wish people understood that when you go to a fast food place, the fast is imperative. We choose these places for convenience pre-job. Our time, even when well-budgeted, is short in the mornings. Now, on top of the lines, one drive thru lane is closed AND the interior is closed. There is NO sign stating this, so you only find out after you park and attempt entrance. If you cannot be staffed enough to offer full fast service, perhaps there is a better way? I will contact this franchise 's owner, as they may not be aware, but in the meantime-please go elsewhere. Even if you have slotted some extra time-it will be used up
