Very well priced for a local business. Everything is fresh you can smell it. You better not be here in a rush. This is a nice slow breakfast situation. No rushing just present. I like reading on the upper level they always have lovely music playing. If you’ve ever seen Anne spelled with an E. It’s kinda like that vibe. They also send money to Brazil. It’s very immersive. We were visiting from out of town and chose this spot based on the high reviews (didn’t read any though), but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. The coffee tasted off and a bit watery—it lacked the strength and richness you’d expect from espresso. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich, which was just okay. Not bad, but pretty average and a bit messy with the ketchup-based sauce. That said, the people were nice enough, and the environment felt cozy. Overall, it wasn’t a great coffee experience for us. They may do better with their yerba mate, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re specifically going for coffee. After our visit, I went back and read the low reviews and saw some concerning claims about the ownership that, had I known beforehand, would have made me reconsider supporting the business. Love, love the Mate Factor! Very interesting about how they use old boards from barns to reuse them for their locations! Great story on their free calendars! We enjoyed a cinnamon roll, Egg Cheese sandwiches, yummy coffee, and a delicious Date Bar! It's a lot of food! Debbie was the cashier and was very friendly and efficient! Great place in beautiful Savannah! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Pastries, Bakery, Cinnamon Roll

This place is a absolute hidden gem. You would never know this is a coffee shop. Inside has some very cozy places to read while sipping coffee or in my case tea. The sticky bun was absolutely delicious. The lady at the counter very friendly and customerfocused. Prices are pretty reasonable as well. I kind of wanted to give this place 1 star hoping people wouldn?t come here and Icould have this gem to myself ????.

Mate ' Factor, is Pleasantly Pleasing ! A very comfortable place to stop with outdoor seating and a gated covered area reminiscent of an old town communal kitchen. The service was excellent and contained some explanation of the lattes and pastryofferings. I went with the Mocha Mint Latte (contains green tea and agave). It inspired the 'Pleasantly Pleasing ' comment fromthe woman helping me. It really was... I also tried one of the savory pastry options, served warm, it was filled with spinachand four cheeses. It was splendid. I took a couple sweet rolls and a coffee to go. Don 't miss this Gem!

This is a charming spot for breakfast or similar meals, with friendly staff and reasonable prices. There are some nice seating areas, including a patio out back. The menu features a selection of teas and coffees, veggie and meat sandwiches, and a variety of pastries, all of which are quite delicious. The ambiance has a bit of a "Lord of the Rings" vibe, making it a great place to relax.

This place is an absolute hidden gem! You would never guess it's a coffee shop from the outside. Inside, there are some really cozy spots perfect for reading while enjoying a cup of coffee, or in my case, tea. The sticky bun was incredibly delicious. The lady at the counter was very friendly and attentive to customers. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable. Honestly, I considered giving this place just one star so that fewer people would come and I could keep this gem all to myself!

I truly have no complaints. The café is inviting, peaceful, cozy, and has a unique vibe. They also offer a lovely terrace dining area. I absolutely enjoyed the damp Cranberry Orangenboone paired with French Roast Coffee. I can't wait to return and explore more of the menu!

Maté Factor is a Hidden GEM. I can't believe I never knew about it until yesterday. This Coffee shop is straight out of a Fantasy, and feels like a period Classic Shop from the 19th Century. They have regular coffee, natural sweeteners, alternative flavors like Carob (chocolate substitute), Yerba Maté, and more. The fresh baked Artisan Breads are phenomenal. We tried the Jalapeño cheddar bread and loved the crust and soft bread combination. I had a blueberry muffin sweetened with honey and pecans on top. This really is my new favorite Coffee place, and the best part--they have a loft, a recessed area for larger parties, nooks, outdoor seating in front and semi-covered, and I hope you support them! Try the Mayan Mocha, you would never know it wasn't chocolate!

Amazing place, not a typical coffee shop it is magical with a very cozy vibe. I'm not joking when I say it is one of my favorite coffee places. Definitely recommend it and we will come back again for sure.

The atmosphere was charming; stepping inside felt like being transported to another time, which added to the overall experience. The iced tea drinks are quite sweet, so if that's not your preference, consider requesting a slight reduction in sweetness. I really enjoyed the mango drink; it was excellent! I also tried a warm sandwich with microgreens, which were a fun addition. We ordered a spinach and egg dish as well, though it was disappointing that it didn’t come with any chips. We also indulged in some delectable banana bread. As we relaxed, a friendly cat joined us, and his collar was labeled Earl Grey—how adorable! I would definitely return to this place.

Quite, calm and interesting vibe to it! I had the Deli rose sandwich their signature drink old st. Joes latte. My sandwich was filling and rich with different flavors. My latte was different but I still enjoyed it! Also they have plenty of sitting areas; out front, they have a patio Outback, seating up stairs and inside!
