We loved our first experience eating Korean BBQ! The family-run facility is warm and welcoming and very good to show how we cook our food: will definitely recommend View all feedback.

The server was nice. The food was okay. Expensive for sure. We didn't dine on the BBQ meat cooked in front of you side of the place. It was outdated. The food is not that great. View all feedback.
Like most other reviews state, service is very poor. The servers keep coming over and moving the food around on the grill for you which I don't like. I know how to cook my own food and trying to get a nice sear is difficult if they're constantly moving it. At one point one of the servers turned our grill down so then when our next round came, it was too low and the other server turned it back up. We weren't in a rush, but service was so slow we ended up only being able to place 2 orders before we had to leave. We wrote our next order on the sheet, the server took it, and we waited for about 10 minutes before asking the other server if our order had been placed. It turned out it wasn't, she admonished us for the way we ordered (we wrote everything on the wipe-off sheet and placed it at the end of the table for them. I don't know how else we would do it. It seemed like she mixed up what she was doing when she came by our table and wouldn't acknowledge her mistake). When we finally did place the order she admonished us again for ordering more of the side dishes and sauces saying we didn't need to order that, but the sauces never came the first time so it obviously needed ordered, and all we wanted was mote kimchi which she wouldn't have brought had we not asked. Finally, after waiting for our second and last order, we only got 2 of the 3 items we ordered. At this point we had to leave for an event and didn't even have time to wait to put a final order in. I actually left hungry, so not a great experience for over $40/person. The bulgogi was amazing, so I do want to give it one more try, but other reviews are making me think this wasn't simply an off night.
All my friends prefer going to the other Korean bbq place Bewon. But I didn’t see anything wrong with this one. Brought a group of six people. Service was slow. I understand there was only one server but there were only 4 tables. He seemed like he was miserable being there. We ordered appetizers but he took our plates away saying our food comes on their own plates so we wouldn’t need these. When the ban chan/ Kim chi came out, I asked for another set because we would have to reach across everyone to eat them. He said he couldn’t. We finished them and he never refilled. Food was fine. But I will never come back.
Ordered my fave, spicy pork. I’m not sure if they’ve changed ownership but it just wasn’t the same. It’s still good, just not that great taste that I’d grown accustomed to. I’ll still go back though. We also had wings.
I ordered to go. My kids love the kimbap. I had the army stew. It's alot. I wish I knew there's cheese in there. But overall it's good. Well packaged tooFood: 4/5
Came and ate here with a friend. The service was less than average. Had to call for the waiter for beverages refill, side dishes to be refilled, and had to constantly recall the waiter for other services and needs. As a customer that lived in South Korea for School and for work. This restaurant is not the most ideal representation of a South Korean Restaurant. The food was okay.
