Jack's - Savannah
Jack's
Description
Part neighborhood fast‑food hub and part package shop, this Jack’s is known for budget-friendly biscuits, burgers, mac ’n’ cheese and an impressive beer and spirits selection. Regulars praise friendly owners, quick takeout and wheelchair access, while others report inconsistent order accuracy, cold fries and occasional curt drive‑thru staff. Expect casual, value-focused dining with broad hours and reliable drink inventory — a convenient stop if you want cheap comfort food and a wide beer selection, but come prepared for possible hiccups at the window.

I told the lady at the drive thru Happy 4th of July and she said rudely, “I don’t celebrate that due to “I won’t mention on my review.” It’s an American holiday and that is offensive to me. Keep that to yourself or don’t say anything. She is always rude whenever I go there not to just me, but almost everyone. Put her in the back to cook. Or get a better attitude please. You don’t need that front and center if you want to attract business. Food: 4

Everytime I give this place another chance they disappoint me again. I ordered a 4 piece snack and fries with ranch, honey mustard, and popcorn salt. I received 3 piece snack and fries with no condiments and my fries were COLD. Not just room temp. FROZEN. If you are in the mood for Jacks, just take the extra 10 minutes to go across the bridge to the one in Adamsville. The one not completely ran by rude 15 year olds. Service: Takeaway
