Nestled in the heart of Savannah, Hitch offers a vibrant dining experience that balances innovative dishes with a welcoming atmosphere. Diners rave about the standout fried green tomatoes and unique "potcake" burrito, while hefty portions of flavorful appetizers, including nachos and avocado fries, delight larger groups. Despite the energetic buzz, service remains attentive and friendly. While some have encountered hiccups, such as longer wait times and inconsistent food quality, the overall enthusiasm for Hitch’s creative offerings suggests it’s a must-try destination for food lovers in search of both fun and flavor.

The restaurant offers generous portions of tasty and flavorful dishes. It seems like the chef put a lot of thought into creating a unique menu that caters to all taste preferences. In addition to the dishes in the photos, I highly recommend trying the deep-fried chicken pot pie - it was unlike anything I've ever tasted before and absolutely delicious! The service was attentive, quick, and friendly.

Newest tourist trap in Savannah! Super busy and the kitchen was sending out plates that were absolutely insulting. Bartenders and servers did their best to keep up, but the food never should have left the window like that. Waited an hour for it too without warning of a staggering wait. The restaurant was have cleared out by the time we were served warmish food. We returned the food uneaten, had to paid for it all, then left. I guess we'll consider this restaurant a charity from now on. The picture is of fryer grease soaked fries like they cooked it at a like warm temperature. Could have been very very sick if we let the hunger get the best of us. Immediately left for decent safe to eat food. I recommend their other restaurant Traylor Park where something like this wouldn't become common practice in any situation. I've been to both multiple times and own a hat and t shirt, but will avoid in the future.

This place has a lighthearted atmosphere and a little bit if humor to boot. Their food is great. I had the spicy chicken and waffles. My lady had ribs mac n cheese. Both tasted great. The Wafflea had a little too much sweetness for my liking, but alas some will definitely enjoy the taste. The ribs were super coated in sauce. Again, some like that others do not. Our server Audra (spelling? who admitted she was new, did well, and for whatever mistakes she make she more then made up for it with enthusiasm. Would definitely eat there again!

Hey you, Yes I?m talking to you! Let me tell you something. This establishment owes me nothing!!! Great Service Amazing Food. My crew and I (party of 3) were seated immediately after helping two ladies get 2 strollers down the stairs. The serverwas prompt and delightful. I told her it's was our first time visiting and she gave me a few of her favorites and some of thepopular favorites. The menu items had interesting names and good descriptions. Now let's talk about the food. Very largeportions, don't laugh we left with to go boxes. My daughters fish sandwich was humongous with a side of chips (potato wedges);my son had the chicken and walked and he said it's real good and there was a side of collard greens and I was impressed ; I hadveggie tacos with shrimp; and for the silent partner we ordered the signature nachos and Lord have Mercy- Amazing!!! Yes, wewill be returning soon. I must say I did find a close park, this was after 6:30p.
