This restaurant is simply fantastic! It's a wonderful neighborhood spot where you’re greeted warmly upon arrival. But the highlight is definitely the food! The menu claims to have the "best lamb," and I was thrilled to find out that it truly is the best I’ve ever tasted! I absolutely love having breakfast there, and they also offer amazing sandwiches. The food is delicious, and it's a great place to gather with a large group of friends!
Brian and Skye have done it again! The first few times I visited, I always opted for the Cuban sandwich, which is absolutely fantastic—truly the best. Last winter, I tried the meatloaf, and that was excellent comfort food as well. Today, I just enjoyed Nana's chicken and rice, and now I'm sitting here, reluctant to wash the bowl because my office smells so amazing. Who knows, maybe one day I'll try everything on the menu!
The chicken and rice were absolutely amazing—probably the best I've ever had! You can’t go wrong with any of their cheesecake flavors, whether you choose a classic or a unique one; they’re all delicious!
The food here is excellent, served quickly and fresh. I highly recommend the pulled pork over grits and the ice cream. The prices were surprisingly reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes, especially when compared to other restaurants in the area. We also enjoyed the art displayed on the walls. Make sure to look for their sign, as we nearly missed the restaurant!
What a fantastic little gem! Here are the top three things I loved about it: First, all the sandwiches we tried were incredible—full of flavor, generous portions, and they truly prioritize the quality of their bread. Second, the staff (I believe the owner as well) was incredibly accommodating. They even offered us complimentary mint watermelon to help keep our energetic toddlers calm. Third, the restaurant doubles as a small art gallery featuring a local artist. We appreciated the art so much that we decided to purchase a piece (which is something we rarely do). It added a delightful touch to the atmosphere, making it more interesting, even if you don’t buy anything. Overall, I highly recommend this spot. It would be perfect for a lovely afternoon in the park. The only downside I noticed was that the road it’s on felt a bit sketchy. Since it was my first time in town, it might have just been my perception. Regardless, I wouldn’t hesitate to return!
