The sea red tuna was fresh and perfectly cooked. I sampled the shrimps and dimples that are different from traditional cooked dimples, but they serve the shrimps and creamy cheese sauce with garnet cake. The added crunch on the outside adds a delectable element to the food. We also enjoyed the shrimp-poboy sandwich with frits. The temperature inside was a bit warm, but otherwise no discomfort. We loved that the menu was a small historical passage about the origins of the restaurant and building joists and masonry as it stands since the 1790s.
