This place is very charming and peaceful, a perfect escape from the noise. I just wish I could have had a more enjoyable experience with the company I was with.
I had the salmon croquettes with scrambled eggs, cheddar, and grits, and it was absolutely delicious! However, they did rush us to pay the bill because the waitress was ending her shift. Aside from that small miscommunication, everything else was fantastic!
The staff was incredibly friendly, and the basement ambiance was quite enjoyable. It wasn’t too dark, as there was plenty of natural light. The food was rather average; we didn’t even finish one of the dishes, but the staff kindly offered us a discount without us asking for it. Overall, it’s decent food for the average diner!
While we were staying in Savannah for our anniversary trip we had breakfast every morning at Debi's Restaurant and we really enjoyed it. The food, atmosphere and the waitresses were great. They even played oldies on the radio which we liked. Debi the owner was very nice to us also. We loved our breakfast here every morning and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We recommend this restaurant. Thank you. : Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I went for lunch with a friend. Excellent food and service. I had the lobster grilled cheese and fries. It was Excellent. My friend had the crab cake stack which he proclaimed excellent as well. Our server was friendly, and well-mannered. Great atmosphere, but limited parking as it's near River street, a popular tourist destination. I would definitely recommend having lunch or breakfast here. Every dish I saw being served looked great. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
