Congress Street Up - Savannah

Visited Congress Street As part of the museum tour! It was fast service and fun. But the real highlight was our cocktail class with Jason! If you think about it, do it! We learned the history of cocktails, how they only change ingredients a little to get whole new cocktails, and how to change the flavors of drinks! It was so much fun! Jason also took the time to ask us what we enjoyed and surprised us with this knowledge at the end of the class (I will not ruin the surprise as), but it was so cool! He was patient with us when we tried to make drinks for the first time and filled in our lack of knowledge of the spirits. Jason also spoke to us about the class to answer questions and talk about our favorite sports team... Here we go Steelers! This was a great night, and we will do 100 percent again when we return to Savannah.

This place was the stop at the end of the Prohibition Tour. This is a good tour and history hour. The drinks are mixed with care. They are for diving and enjoying. You can also sit and watch people try to dance the Charleston in front of one way mirror. Enjoy!

Thoroughly enjoyed the cocktail class lead by Jason! He was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience fun and interactive. Would definitely recommend, and will take one of the other liquor classes when I return to Savannah!

Truly an amazing location don’t let the fact that it’s a “museum bar” fool you. Very affordable and an amazingly talented staff who can give you just about anything you could possibly dream up in a cocktail. In a world of mediocre Savannah bars, pick something unique. Bobby and Jason were given the same prompt for a cocktail and both came up with delicious and unique results. Truly a must do!
