Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant received a multitude of mixed reviews, with some diners expressing dissatisfaction with the service and atmosphere. However, others raved about the diverse drink selection and welcoming staff. The food options, especially the late-night menu, were praised for being flavorful and reasonably priced. The overall consensus seemed to be that Congress Street Social Club is a great spot for a night out, offering something for everyone, from craft beer enthusiasts to cocktail connoisseurs. Despite a few negative experiences, many customers still expressed a desire to return and enjoy the lively atmosphere and friendly service.
We inquired about the buns being vegan or dairy-free. The cook/cashier responded that he didn't know and didn't offer to check the ingredients list. He did mention that everything was cooked on the same grill and cross-contamination was possible. This lack of assistance and unwillingness to find a suitable option was disappointing. However, it is a cool place to stop for a beer if that's all you're looking for. I wouldn't recommend planning on eating here.
We asked if bungalows were vegan/dairy for free. The Koch/Cashier said he had no idea and did not offer to check the ingredients list. He offered that everything was cooked on the same grill and cross-contamination was likely. Not helpful, and not interested in finding something that would work. If you want a beer, it is a cool place to stop. Don't plan to eat here...
Great place to take a drink and hang. the smoked wings are an absolute must! I doubt we'll ever come back to savannah, but if we do, we'll get back in!
I was a great place to hang outside sitting, club and playing.
This place is a little hidden gem. eat good night bar. the surfer dog was incredible and we really enjoyed the Frito Pie. the mood was very cool and the staff seemed very friendly. the guy who worked the grill was the real star, even though he had thrown him down. will definitely return.
