We could not have been happier with our special order cake. The online ordering was very easy to build our custom cake. The schedule option when we wanted to pick it up was simple. And the cake was made exactly to our specifications for a veryimportant event. Thank you! Thank you! View all feedback.
What Ethan Edwards doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
It's ran by a bunch of little kids who's more worried about hooking up all of their friends in the store with free ice cream. Then worrying about the customers who are actually paying. They served me melted ice cream in a cup because they did not leave it on the cold stone long enough. Is absolutely horrible I will never be back. They hooked up 6 different kids with free ice cream) View all feedback.
Hands down one of the best ice screen place, they got smoothie, milkshake, waffle cones cone, ice cream you scream everybody scream
Pros: Perfect ice cream, always get what I want, best for online orders Cons: Dine-in is too slow. I witnessed so many customers waiting like 5 minutes on busy days and once it's their turn to order, they'll also spend like another 5 minutes asking andhesitating on what they want. Many customers never know what they really want until it's their turn to order. The 2 staffworking there(there are 3 teens as staff now, boss not included since he works only few days) are young and take too much timeadded to those that waste too much time asking what is what instead of ordering. PS: I was on my way to pickup an onlineorder(marked ready) and received the call(I added a screenshot but I don't know why it doesn't show up) from Cold Stone Creameryto tell me that they're out of my items. I asked to make sure and the caller pronounced my name to verify that it's me. I wasalready there, so I went in and I was given my correct order. I looked at the phone number that called me and noticed that itwas from New Jersey(I use my earbuds to pickup calls while driving, so I didn't focus on the caller). I don't know how an onlineorder in Savannah ended up mixed up with another Cold Stone Creamery in NJ. I hope you fix this type of misleading issue.
This has been the slowest ice store I? ve ever, I came here with my kids for a treat, and it was just disgusting that we threw it away and went to the city center to Leopold?s and it was amazing that the man who was there, I think it was the manager where he had no gloves was not washing hands and was very rude I never eat again at cold stone. You will be very DISAPPOINT

Custom ordered a cake did not get what I paid for. I ordered cake batter ice cream with yellow cake mixed in, thought I ordered sprinkles too. When we cut into the cake to serve our guests we had vanilla ice cream yellow cake. It was plain ice cream with NO cake mixed into the ice cream. I have ordered from them before never had a problem. I know the difference between vanilla ice cream cake batter ice cream. I called to discuss the matter spoke to a gentleman. The man told me that he made the cake himself put cake mixed into the cake batter ice cream. I explained that there was NO cake mixed in he made the cake with vanilla ice cream. The cake was not correct. He argued with me telling me he made it he knows what he put in it. I politely expressed that I would not be ordering from him ever again. He asked me if I wanted another cake. I told him, I do not need another cake that the birthday was over. Here I am leaving a review, which I never leave a bad review, but this is not customer service. Thanks for the past ice cream cakes that were correct. We won't be using Cold Stone in 12 Oaks anymore.
