Chocolat By Adam Turoni - Savannah

Adam turoni chocolat cheated me and many others who ordered about the celebration post. they earn negative stars to tear people off. not from this thing! the chocolates did not surpass the quality of other high-end chocolates that I would buy, and I wish I never tested them. they intentionally sent me an order of qualitatiw inferior chocolate. I ordered the avant box. total $215.00 the website represents it as box with 24 different truffles along with other items. I have never received a confirmation email. I called the load to check the order. they said they had received 150 orders and couldn't see it. I got the order. it contained no box with 24 different beautiful truffles. it was a box of 6 different types, nothing as beautiful as the website represented. more than subduing. the most decorative was a white truffle with a red sweet flower on top. I sent turoni by email to find a solution. no answer. I called the load. the coworker explained that the boxes were oversold and could not be fulfilled. they said that the load typically carries 9-12 different aromen and styles to boot. he explained that the crates were filled with what was left. I asked to talk to someone with the autority to solve the problem satisfactorily and was said that alexandra, owner, the only person that could do this. he took a message and said she would return my call. never happened. I called again and was told that she was rarely in. I left a message. she refused to return my call. I called a total of 3 times by email and called three times. at this time they refused to reply. I bought vosges and teuscher regularly. they have existed much longer and are serious. their chocolates are of the highest quality and never disappointed. I will use it and never order it again. at this time, the Turoni website still offers the avant box, just as it was misrepresented to me. considering that they are oversold, I do not doubt that there are many more customers of the mood than I exist.

Very nice little load. nice display, but difficult to pick up with little pliers. I accidentally dropped one, and I thought the lady would yell at us. but fortunately, she didn't say anything and of course I paid for it. when we came into the load, she gave us a certain look and said no word. but she was so nice to the next customer. maybe cuz I'm Asian. She wasn't nice, but she's old lady, so I understand, and chocolate had a lot of taste and pretty. when I go back to savannah, I want to go back because the chocolate was good.

The chocolates are from this world good. a little pricy, but worth it. it's something to enjoy, not just eat.

I do not recommend making online purchases and ordering from this restaurant.

Ehhhhh kinda pricey. Have definitely seen better truffles. For the price I thought they would have been fancier or painted better.....I've seen prettier truffles at Disney. They didn't taste anything like they said they were. Peach was just white chocolate. Raspberry???? Where's the Raspberry??? The help didn't know where the chocolate was from which irritated my partner since she is a chef.......just wasn't impressed
