During our long road trip, we stopped at Chipotle Mexican Grill and were greeted with friendly smiles. The menu offered fresh options, and I chose the chicken soft tacos, which tasted fresh but were a bit light on ingredients, particularly the chicken. We also found some other great restaurants in Savannah on [hidden link].
I ordered a steak bowl with brown rice online, but what I received was something entirely different. I couldn't even recognize the protein they provided. While I understand that they may have run out of steak, they have my contact information and could have easily reached out to discuss a possible substitute. This shows a lack of customer service, and I suspect it may stem from a management issue. I would recommend visiting the location near the mall instead.
The food is excellent, but they often don’t adhere to their listed hours on Google Maps. I visit Chipotle at least once a week, and I've discovered that they’re closed during the day about half of the time. There’s often a sign on the door indicating they are "temporarily closed" or that they are only accepting online orders. It seems there’s a management issue regarding the inconsistency between their actual service hours and what they display online.
