We eat here every time we come to Savannah. Even though a 30? wait, totally worth it the food is authentic and delicious Portion size is great, and I highly recommend the Pollo Alfredo, the sauce was the best I ever had and the chicken perfect. View all feedback.
What Esteban Kovacek doesn't like about Bella Napoli Italian Bistro:
Got dinner after a long day sightseeing. Got chicken parm. Chicken was a bit chewy, pasta was fine, the sauce is a bit on the watery side for tomato sauce..The homemade garlic bread was amazing! We wanted dessert but they don't have coffee so we passed on that. The restaurant itself however has a very nice vibe, low lighting, etc. View all feedback.
We visited on Sunday for the Mother's Day of Service was excellent and the food was delicious! You have a team of servers that take care of you, and all were friendly and gracious for us. They illuminated the candle at our table, which was added to the ambience of the Bistros. It was a small institution, but burst with personality and Italian authenticity. I ordered the Angel Hair Pomodoro, and it was nice! They serve fresh baked bread at the table, along with olive oil with spices to immerse your bread.
We stayed in Savannah for our jubileee and for the anniversary dinner we decided to eat at Bella Napoli Italian Bistro. We were greeted by our server Boonie and we were accompanied to our tables. The restaurant has a beautiful romantic setting and we loved the positive moods from the restaurant. The server bought water and menus along with bread and oil. The bread bought was fresh and we loved its taste together with olive oil. After browsing and talking to the server we decided to order Bruschetta, Lobster Ravioli, Pultanesca and for the desert, we ordered Tiramisu cake. The service was amazing and first we got our Bruschetta. The Bruschetta was delicious and we loved her taste. One of the best bruschetta we had. We also have our dinner with lobster ravioli and Pultanesca. The lobster ravioli and pultanesca were both delicious and loved their taste. Amazing food. We informed the server about our anniversary and the server decorated our tiramisu cake with the happy anniversary decoration. Loved the cake too. Amazing and beautiful restaurant with delicious food and great service. Stop the good work.
The best place to eat in Savannah! We have eaten here as a family with children and we have just returned to the anniversary. The staff was wonderfully hospitable on both occasions. That means I recommend saving this place for the date night. Amazing food! We had eggplant parmesan, angel hair pasta, manicotti and a salad. All were amazing! Excellent Italian wine list, and they know their wines. Our servers were super helpful to choose a delicious wine for the evening. The ambience is also incredible. They serve people as a team and it works brilliantly. We lived in L.A., Boston and many places in between. This place is fantastic! We recommend!!!
During our holiday in Savannah we were in Italian and found Bella Napoli on Yelp as one of the highest rated Italian restaurants in the area. I can definitely see why! It was a cozy restaurant with fantastic service, delicious homemade pasta, and a great menu. My friend loved Chef Gary’s Carne, I loved my pappardelle bolognese, and the antipasto we shared was so fresh and a perfect size. A great culinary experience and we would definitely return!
This restaurant deserves many more than 5 stars! Our dinner was one of the best we have had anywhere. It started out with the best bread ever! Warm, crusty, flavorful top and served with a dish of olive oil and Parmesan. My glass of wine was a generous pour. I had a unique dish, Mediterranean shrimp , which was incredibly flavorful and served with crunchy angel hair. They pan sear the pasta giving it an amazing crunch. The shrimp were tender and delicious. My husband had chicken Marsala. The sauce was plentiful and absolutely delicious. We met the new owner, a graduate of SCAD and her design touches were evident all over the restaurant from wine cork walls on which is are blackboards listing the specials and wine selections, wine corks lining the windows and a wall of colorful wine bottle bottoms. We arrived before the restaurant opened and she was busy washing the front window! Service was excellent with waitresses, all dressed in black, refilling water glasses, clearing tables, etc. We are on vacation from Rhode Island, but if we lived here we would e regulars! Hurry down to this amazing restaurant!
