Got the cheese steak sandwich. It was disappointing. Hot but tasteless.

Onion rolls for the beef n cheddar not the same from when I remember. Also, disappointed in temperature of the food that I received. Fries were old and the chicken patty was old.

I ordered online, got there and the lobby is closed. I waited in line. When I got to the window my order was not ready it was just received. I waited for my order. Got back to work and it was not what I ordered. I ordered the Jalepeno chicken bacon wrap and got a beef gyro. Disappointed! No way to receive a refund through the app. What’s the point in an app if you still have to wait through the drive-thru and for the food to be made- only for it to still be wrong!

First off everything we ordered was wrong everything drinks were flat no straws no napkins no Arby's sauce no condiments.service was horrendous to top it off we sat in the Drive-Thru for almost 50 minutes and then still had to wait another 20 minutes afterwe paid.

I don't rarely even take the time to give a review about a place but I feel this place deserves one. I have a pretty good sense about people and situations in my opinion and it has served me well over the years. The woman that took my order in the drivethrough was upset because the manager wasn't doing anything except sitting in the office doing lord knows what. That's anopinion I deduced when after the food I was given was not what I ordered(which we had previously agreed upon), so I went intothe lobby to correct my order. My mistake. I walked into the lobby where the manager greeted me and said we will make it foryou real quick, I'm coming for you. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting on them to trade me two beefncheddars for two gyros. Theymade a gyro and sent it out the drive thru while I sat there patiently. The whole time I had to listen to how the woman thatworks the drive thru has a bad attitude out of the corner of my ear. I'm a very cordial and polite person in public, trust meI'm not responsible for her bad attitude.I didn't see the manager again until I asked the guy taking out the trash if anybodycould help me get my money back so I could leave. I think he was the only competent person in the place. He got the manager forme right away. Apparently she was away on something more important than her job. I say get rid of the lot of them and let theguy taking out the trash decide who runs the place. I think his iq was higher than the four other people that worked therecombined. The chef might be okay never got a good look at him. He definitely didn't hasten to make my gyros. The whole crew evenstepped out for a smoke or whatever they were doing for 5 minutes while I was in there. This was at 1pm by the way. I guesseveryone knows to avoid the place.
