I had a piece of beef with wilted baby potatoes reheated in the microwave. An ultra sweet pineapple crumble prepared with industrial products. The chocolate mousse ladled into the hollow of a plate which only made it appetizing...

Excellent address. Remember to book without caution

Wait... read more Surprisingly fast service, even borderline stressful if you want to have a good evening at the restaurant after a great day of wandering around the island. Waiters are running everywhere, orders are flying. A bit of a shame because the cuisine is top notch, the products, including the fish, super fresh. The price is high but Sauzon becomes “the place to be…”
