Mcdonald's - Saundersfoot

Orders are quick and accurate. Hard working employees!

Never eat McDonald's.. Used the bathroom. Emoyees were nasty with me just walking in the door!

We stopped at this McDonald’s on the way back with our travel trailer so we are unable to go through the drive-thru. We arrived around 8:50 p.m. and all doors were locked when we tried to go inside the restaurant. The doors posted the inside was open until 10 p.m. There was an employee sitting outside at a table eating. I asked him if the inside was open and he said no the manager had locked the doors early. I asked him if there was a way to talk to him and he said the manager won’t even let him back inside after his shift. I did a mobile order and picked an empty spot number even though we could not park there with our travel trailer. Waited about 15 minutes and called the store who said they were waiting on fries. I said I just wanted to confirm the order and let them know we were waiting across the spot in our travel trailer. I also ordered BBQ and sweet&sour sauce in the app to get everything complete but those were also not in the bag. We were also not given straws. When we asked for the sauce when the food was brought the employee holding the door open for the employee to go back inside seemed annoyed. Cheeseburgers were made with the wrong condiments and the fries were undercooked. Overall unfortunately poor customer service.

This McDonalds is very prompt, efficient, and has the nicest staff. They are extremely busy bc they are next to the interstate, but they are good.

This was one of my best experiences with a McDs in a long time. They were friendly, fast and working together to everything run smoothly.
