McDonald's - Saumur

We called in for fast food and the wait was 30 minutes. I found the burger good but the chips were a bit cold and the restaurant temperature was very cold. Not a nice experience. Also the signing from the road is confusing, we missed the turn, ended up going over the bridge!

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s meal we have ever had anywhere in the world. It was a normal lunchtime and we ordered using the drive through but when it arrived the food was cold, there was no cutlery with the salad and the advertised free gift was missing. I had to park, go into the restaurant and ask for these mistakes to be put right (although only 1 meal replaced out of 4). Appalling will never go again even though we live in the area.

Used the self service machine which worked well. Place clean and tidy. Staff helpful. They missed one item off our order but soon rectified the mistake. A large play centre for people with young children, which my grandson loves. Disappointed they don't appear to do milkshakes. Not sure if that's just this branch or France in general.

McDonald's should be pretty much the same every where you go, but they managed to get 2 things wrong on our order which very rarely happens and then when they got it right we had to go back again as the food was cold......
