I had cerviche and my partner had a chicken Buddha bowl. Tasty food and waiters gave a description of what it all was. Only complaint was paying 6 euros for water which didn't taste better than tap.

Delicious and creative, with bursts of flavors not as common in France … the menu is definitely influenced by its Colombian roots with notes of citrus, coconut, coleslaw, and cumin/coriander/turmeric. The fish (hake) with coconut cream rice, and then fried chicken sandwich were both fantastic and beautifully presented. The staff (English, Spanish, French speaking hostess) are friendly and welcoming … helped me choose different local wines!

Food was good, although I struggle to get used to ordering three courses at the outset of the meal but that was common in France. We both had the Tuna starter which was good. My wife had the cerviche of the day and I had the pork dish, both tasty. Nice aperitif of local Saumur bubbly. Wine selection was fine too.

After the ceviche, were hoping for flavors to pop a bit more on our other plates. Still very good food and service.
