Diners enjoyed lean meats, generous portions, and a variety of sauces. Specialties like ribs, collard greens, and pulled pork received accolades along with the dessert options. Prices were reasonable, and the experience was deemed excellent. Overall, Low n' Slow provides a memorable dining experience, making it a must-try for BBQ enthusiasts in the area.
Update: back after years away and it's in a new locationNothing has changed from the previous review except that the atmosphere is a lot better.
Best BBQ we've had in a long time, which is saying a lotWe love BBQService is prompt and super friendly, and the food is to die for.
I've had lots of BBQ from all over the world and am from Georgia, in the USA where some people consider the heart of BBQ country and I cook "Low and Slow"
I dined at this restaurant last year and initially had a great experience, but it went downhill from there. My meal last night was disappointing, with a raw baked potato and a few dollars more expensive than it should be. The Philly cheese steak lacked flavor and I ended up with heartburn all night. Both meals were accompanied by bland fries, leaving me feeling ripped off. It seems like the owners have lost their touch in preparing quality dishes. It may be time for them to rethink their approach and possibly even consider selling the restaurant.
After seeing the great reviews, this restaurant was a top choice for us to dine at. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries, while my partner had the BBQ chicken bone, macaroni, and a large coleslaw. The meal was excellent.
