I made an order on Uber eats for cheeseburgers with no pickles and mustard all 4 burgers came with everything on it. I had called them to let them know and their excuse was it was hard for them to read it and didn?t have time to read it properlybecause there were other orders that needed to get done. Gave us extra fries so I guess that?s good: View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Burger King:
If I could give a lower rating, I would give it just 1 star. I placed my food order at 11:30, but it didn't arrive until 12:45, and even then, half of the order was missing. Unfortunately, this happened during a business lunch. It’s disappointing that this occurred again. View all feedback.
I love a flame broiled whopper! The fries are one of the best when hot fresh. The price is great for a 2 adult 2 teen family.Vegetarian options: Mozzarella sticks with marinara is yummy
The kitchen was playing loud Indian music which conflicted with the music playing on the restaurant speakers. Very annoying. Other customers came in and tried to get the attention of the serving staff, but the music was too loud. This has happened to me before in other places where international students work, and when the boss isn't around, the place becomes a village party. Not impressed.
I'm always up for some food at BK. However, this location is attached to a gas station, which made me feel like I wasn't really at BK.
I literally went to burger king just now and i had a coupon and it read bring it up at the cashier so when i went through the drive through i brought it up at the window the woman literally threw her head back and sighed then proceeded to get mad at me and she yelled at me. like she was being dramatic over me bringing up a coupon and then yelling at a customer. ive worked in customer service industries for a long time and treating a customer like that? id literally get fired. it was appalled by the service. i didnt catch her name but she was working the window on the drive through at 1:15pm on tuesday november 14th. she was a little bigger and an indian woman. so if a manager or something sees this give her a customer service course.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a medium-sized meal, but they gave me a small one instead. When I pointed it out, they tried to convince me that what I received was a standard medium size. I won’t be returning to this location; I’d rather drive all the way to Michigan instead.
