Boston Pizza - Sault Ste. Marie

Our waitress was uninterested. Didn't tell us about daily specials till we already had our food. Caesar drink had old celery and lime in it and was overfilled to the point that it spilled and washed off the rimmer. salad was not fresh. We didn't stay for main course.

We went to Boston Pizza because the food is usually delicious (at least it is in other cities). Our waitress was not friendly or helpful and actually seemed to be a bit perturbed we were there. My garden salad was not fresh; the beets on top were dry and the lettuce tasted like it came from a bag. Our pizza was good which is the rationale for the one star rating. Overall, a poor experience. We won't be back to this restaurant in the future.

BP was conveniently located across the street from our hotel. I had spent 9 hours traveling with 2 young kids and was looking for something quick and easy so I could get them fed and to bed. I placed an online order for pick up and arrived early before it was ready, so the food should have been hot. The fettuccine Alfredo was cold and without garlic toast (luckily we had microwave in room). The pizza bread was missing the added mozzarella I ordered. I ordered garden salad with cajun chicken, received normal chicken. Normally, I would just let it go, but the order was 0/3 in my opinion. I called, expecting at the very least to be refunded for the added mozzarella. I was offered to have the entire meal prepared again. I wasn't interested in that, my kids were hungry, we ate the food and they were ready for bed. I was put on hold, then told I would be refunded. However, the supervisor calls me at 10:15pm to ask me if I was coming in so they could process the refund! I told her I wish she had made it clear to me I had to go back in to receive refund!! (apparently they couldn't simply refund my credit card). My kids were asleep and we intended to leave before 8am. I was put on hold and was told that the delivery driver could drop off a cash refund. So kudos to management for making things 'right but overall, a very poor experience!

Just not the warmest and friendly bar tender today. The drinks were fine but I just felt that the server wished that she didn't have any customers that day.
