Unfortunately, the availability of the public bathrooms can be inconsistent at this restaurant, as they are often closed for the day. However, aside from this issue, I have no complaints about this location. It is one of my preferred spots to frequent due to its good service and convenient city location. Additionally, there is an ATM located on the side of the parking lot, which is convenient for customers. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
The food service at this restaurant is excellent, but I did have a complaint the other day about the condition of the drive-thru and parking lot due to large potholes. I spoke to a worker at the drive-thru and asked them to pass along my concerns to the manager and owner. Unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved and it could potentially cause damage to vehicles. It has been a week since I raised the issue and n... View all feedback.
Table. saw bugs landing on the donuts, said the personal that they did not care. someone who has eaten these donuts more than likely. but not me.
Tim Hortons in general is a lazy company suited best to take people's money for subpar quality. There is no consistency at any tims I go to.At this location I go in, order a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Upon taking my first bite it felt like the bagel had literally been taken out of the bag and had some cream cheese slapped on it. It was not toasted at all.I came back and told them its not toasted at all, to please toast it they told me thats the standard toaster setting, so I asked for it double toasted. I waited a few minutes and they gave me a black bagel, with no exaggeration the bagel was overly burnt, not only the edges but the inside as well, it felt hard as a rock and dry as it crumbled to burnt pieces. How hard is it to make a bagel? It felt like I was in a sitcom to recieve one cold bagel entirely untoasted, then the following burnt to a crisp.
Ordered a simple breakfast for myself and they couldn't even get they right .... breakfast was wrong and my coffee wasn't what I ordered....
PREVIOUSLY, this location received a four star review from me.Recently, however, the management/ownership of this location has taken the totally immoral and unethical step of charging customers for considerably less product than other locations would provide. Tonight I attended this location and asked for large iced coffee. What I got was a cup of ice, and maybe three small mouthfuls of actual beverage. This appears to be normal practice and it’s a repulsive cost-cutting measure that is to the detriment of the customer experience. The onus should never be on the customer to ask for less ice, the onus should be on leadership to provide an actual product. If I wanted a cup of ice, I would ask for a cup of ice.
Nearest Tims to my house. Great staff and sometimes the remember my coffee and have it ready when they see me
