The prepared dishes are not bad but nothing more, it lacks something, for the marinated salmon, damaging that it is not a marinated paved and cut by the chef, one sees well that it is a vacuum preparation.. the "crust lamb with galce sugar for decoration is a precision that should be made to the customer, all the world is not fan to have sugar to decorate its meat.... I was about to make 1 h of bike from Montélimar, and necessarily I had to regenerate, when I arrived at the Centre de La Ville, I saw The Ensign La Maison, I found the original name, because there was a very patient Barrière next to the entrance of the restaurant, so I decided to come back, I first asked the chef friend
You must pass the door of this house in the middle of a quiet village to discover an atmosphere, a welcome home made tasty home cuisine. Excellent.
